About these disclosures

Several U.S. states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others — have consumer privacy laws. Whether a law applies to TechLoro depends on factors such as our revenue and the number of residents whose information we process. This page supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our practices and the rights we honor for residents of states where those laws apply.

Categories of personal information

  • Identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone).
  • Professional or employment information (company, role, resume, work history, skills).
  • Inquiry and request content (messages and staffing requirements).
  • Internet activity processed by hosting providers for security (IP address, request logs).

We collect this information from you directly and, for security data, automatically when you use the website. We use it for the purposes in our Privacy Policy and disclose it to the categories of recipients listed there. We do not collect sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

TechLoro does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not process it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

We keep each category of information as described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Where applicable law grants them, you may request to:

  • Know or access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do not engage in these).

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to submit a request

Use our Privacy Requests page or email info@techloro.com. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching details you provide against our records, usually by confirming your email address. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or by submitting an "Appeal" request on our Privacy Requests page. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
