About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TechLoro ("TechLoro", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through techloro.com and in connection with our technology consulting, software engineering, AI and automation, cloud and managed services, digital transformation, and technology staffing and recruitment activities.

Information about job applicants is covered in more detail in our Applicant Privacy Notice.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, including:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number and company.
  • Business inquiry information: the type of inquiry and the message you send through our contact form.
  • Employer staffing request information: company details, role titles, required skills, engagement model, work arrangement, location, timing and other details you provide about a hiring need.
  • Candidate information: if you contact us about career opportunities, the professional details, qualifications and resume information you choose to share.
  • Correspondence: emails and other messages you exchange with us.
  • Privacy requests: the details you submit through our Privacy Requests page.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the website. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on this website. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

  • To respond to business inquiries and requests for information.
  • To understand and deliver services you request, including technology projects and staffing engagements.
  • To process employer staffing requests and identify suitable professionals.
  • To review candidate information and communicate with candidates about opportunities.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
  • To respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Service providers that host the website and its database, and that deliver email on our behalf, under terms that limit their use of the information.
  • Prospective employers and clients, when a candidate's profile is relevant to a role — candidates are informed before their details are presented for a specific opportunity.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where reasonably necessary.
  • Law enforcement, courts or regulators where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Security

Information submitted through our forms is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Submissions can only be written through server-side checks, and access is limited to authorized personnel. Form notifications are sent to a company mailbox.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as government identification numbers or financial account details through our website forms.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, to respond to and follow up on an inquiry, to work on a staffing request, or to consider a candidate for current and future opportunities — and as needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from any non-transactional email we send.

You can submit a request through our Privacy Requests page or by emailing info@techloro.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it. More detail for U.S. residents is in our State Privacy Disclosures.

Where information is processed

TechLoro is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

This website is intended for businesses and working professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
