Applicant Privacy Notice

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to candidates and technology professionals who share information with TechLoro about employment, contract or project opportunities — either for roles at TechLoro or for roles with our clients. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and location.
• Resume or CV and the information in it.
• Employment history, education and professional experience.
• Professional skills, certifications and portfolio or profile links you share.
• Role preferences, availability, work arrangement and compensation expectations.
• Work authorization status, only where relevant to a role and permitted by law.
• Application, screening and interview records, including notes and feedback.
• Communications between you and TechLoro.

Online job applications and resume uploads are not currently available on this website; candidates currently share information with us directly, for example by email.

How we use candidate information

• To assess your qualifications and match you with relevant opportunities.
• To communicate with you about roles, interviews and next steps.
• To present your profile to a prospective employer or client for a specific opportunity.
• To keep a record of the recruitment process and meet legal obligations.

How applications are evaluated

Applications are reviewed by people. TechLoro does not use automated systems or artificial intelligence to make hiring or placement decisions about candidates. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide any notices the law requires.

Submitting information does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment or placement. For client roles, the client makes the final hiring decision.

Sharing with prospective employers

We share your information with a prospective employer or client only for opportunities relevant to you, and we tell you before presenting your profile for a specific role. We also share information with service providers that help us operate, and with authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep candidate information for as long as needed to consider you for the opportunity you applied for and, unless you ask us not to, for related future opportunities, and as long as required by employment and recordkeeping laws. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time; some records may be retained where the law requires.

Security and access

Candidate information is stored with access limited to TechLoro personnel involved in recruitment. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive identification numbers or financial details unless a verified TechLoro representative has requested them at a legitimate stage of hiring.

Your rights and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop being considered for future roles, through our Privacy Requests page or by emailing info@techloro.com.
